A cultivation program was started in 1990 with the organic farming method, according to EEC Reg. 2092/91, and with products certified by the IMC (Mediterranean Institute of Certification). In this context, the choice of the Cooperative to join the AMAB (Mediterranean Association of Organic Agriculture) must also be inserted, with the active participation of initiatives to raise the awareness of operators and consumers on the organic phenomenon.
The land is cultivated organically because we believe that the values of life as well as declaimed must be practiced.
Inside the company, precisely in the bio-educational farm, there is a small laboratory in which the goat’s milk from the goats present in our farm is transformed. We also process cow’s milk thus obtaining a wider variety of products:
– fresh and seasoned goat caciotta, used as a table product;
– goat cacioricotta used both as a table product and as a grater;
– goat ricotta;
– goat scamorza cheese;
– goat yogurt of different flavors;
– cow caciotta;
